He has obtained over $250 million in verdicts and settlements for clients across the country.

Shawn has litigated many class and individual actions against some of the U.S.’s largest corporations.  He has participated in high profile pharmaceutical cases involving drugs and devices including Vioxx, Celebrex, Bextra, Ortho Evra, Avandia, Prempro, Paxil, Zyprexa, Kugel Mesh Patch, Fosomax, Thimerosal, and ReNu. He and his cases are regularly featured in the largest media outlets in the country, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and major daily newspapers, national magazine, and network and network affiliate news stations around the country.
