Dan represents plaintiffs in an array of cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical negligence/malpractice and nursing home abuse. He has over 30 years of experience representing individuals in various federal and state courts, private arbitrations and mediations. He is a frequent author and presenter for various legal organizations and affiliated CLE providers.

After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Dan earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Oklahoma and Texas.
